Please note that due to access to open fronted glass cabinet containing glassware, fragile period furniture, unguarded log burner and some steep terrain our Hous is not suitable for children under 5. Any attending children 5 and over must be closely surpervised at all times to ensure both their own safety and the safety of our Hous.

We have various booking options available to accommodate up to 8 people. Please be advised that due to insurance restrictions, we cannot accommodate any more than 8 guests. Please note that due to insurance reasons we can only accept bookings for persons of 21 and over, this means that at least 2 people of any group must be over 21 and therefore will be held responsible for the actions of any persons which results in any damage to the property. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any group should they not be able to supply proof of age on arrival if asked for, and to ask any group to leave should their behavior cause damage to any part of the property and / or its surroundings. In this event no refund will be given for any monies paid.
A refundable security deposit of £350 is required. Refund of your security deposit is paid upon a satisfactory inspection of the Hous following your departure.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, a cancellation 1 months prior to arrival will qualify you for a full refund of what you have paid. Full payment is required (including security deposit) 2 weeks prior to your stay. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled.
